Pharmacy Policies

  1. Coronavirus Update
  2. Please see our News tab for information regarding the coronavirus and the changes we are making for prescription pick up.

  1. CII Medications

  • ID Requirements for Medication Pick Up:
Medications that are in the Schedule II controlled substance classification (i.e.: Adderall,
Vyvanse, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Morphine, etc...) require the individual picking up
the medication to present a valid government issued photo identification document
per Georgia law.

  • Placing CII Medications on Hold for Later Fill:
We are unable to place Schedule II medication on hold for future fill. It is our policy to
give the hardcopy back to the patient if a prescription for a Schedule II medication is
dropped off that is unable to be filled at that time.

Medication Print-Outs

Due to legal requirements concerning patient privacy, we are unable to provide print-outs intended for those over 18 years of age to another individual. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • For an employee: The employee must be present and provide a legal form of identification OR an employee ID.

  • For a relative under the age of 18: A parent or guardian may pick up the print-out, but must provide a legal form of identification. An employee picking up for a dependent under 18 may show their employee ID.

  • For a relative over the age of 18: The individual the print-out is for must be present with their legal form of identification OR they may sign a PHI Release Form.

Test Claims

We are unable to run test claims on insurance due to legal reasons. Due to the many PBMs, the variety of prescription plans, and individual deductibles, we are unable to quote co-pays without having received a physical prescription.
