Levothyroxine/Liothyronine Medication Recall FAQ

Is my medication affected?
The recalled product is a combination product (two medications in one tablet) called "levothyroxine and liothyronine".  It affects the 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 mg strengths. 

We have never carried the manufacturer of the product affected by the medication recall. 

Any prescription filled by our pharmacy that is a single medication (levothyroxine or liothyronine) is not affected by this recall.
